I’m Robert Lacey. I’m a husband and father of five children. I raise chickens and rabbits and vegetables. I’m a school music teacher during the school year, but I’m also a Hunter Education instructor and an NRA-certified Firearms Instructor and Range Safety Officer, so I’m fully certified and insured to teach you about gun safety and shooting.
Shooting is a favorite hobby of mine. I enjoy target shooting, competitive shooting, and hunting. I do all of these with a variety of firearm types. I’ve won the Kane County 3-Gun Shoot (pictured here) and Long-Range Shoot, and I regularly fill my freezer and shelves with locally grown, free-range organic game meat.
I decided to start East Zion Shooting Experience because I love to teach others about things I love to do myself. I’ve been taking friends and family shooting for nearly 10 years, and now I’ve decided to offer my services to all of the great people who come to our part of the world to visit. I hope I’ll be able to provide you with a safe, fun, and educational experience that you might not get anywhere else.
